Terms:
Net 30 days to rated accounts. All others are pre-pay or can be charged to Visa, masterCard or American Express.

Orders:
Any changes to blank, printed and/or embroidered orders must be confirmed in writing or via fax.
Re-Orders:Exact re-orders should include previous invoice number, date & P.O. number. Re-orders received by phone must be confirmed by fax.
Embroidered Production Time: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks after swatch approval. Production may be delayed if accounts are past due.
Returns and Claims: All returns must be made within (30) days after shipment. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Minus shipping and paypal fee.

Embroidery Pricing:
Your embroidered logo will add value to your bag and enhance your look. We offer in-house embroidery and digitizing. We will personalize bags with names and initials. Once we receive your camera ready artwork and colors, we will digitize your logo and send a sew-out to you for approval.

Deboss:If you want a subtle look on your bag or business accessory, debossing/embossing is the perfect way to go. Debossing/embossing adds lasting value to your product. We will require black and white camera-ready artwork and unless stated otherwise, we will size your logo to the specific item. We will then order the die and upon receipt will deboss/emboss a swatch and send it to you for approval. Once approved, we will schedule your job for production.
